As a rule, we don’t have any customer complaints. It’s because we’re so easy to deal with and don’t charge you unless you agree to pay. No hassles mean very few problems for either of us. We try to do a good job for you and hope that you will see that we are doing our best for you. To make sure we do good, solid work, we take good care of our employees. They are paid a very fair wage, we protect them and you with worker’s compensation insurance, and we never ask them to lie. In our industry, that’s rare!
We do have employees that have been with us for years. They have been fixing garage doors for 15, 20 and 25 years. I really believe if they had an industry equivalent of a PH.D, my guys would have earned it. That means that when it’s fixable, we know how to fix it! A common trick in our industry is to tell the technician that they get a piece of the final ticket price. Our guys get paid the same whether or not we do. We don’t have any pressure on them to up charge. We want to create an environment that supports you, the client. We are all working on your behalf.
