JCI Santa Clarita Celebrates Successful Food Drive Donations support SCV Food Pantry

by | Jan 1, 2016 | Community

The Santa Clarita Valley chapter of Junior Chamber International, better known as the Jaycees, recently ran a successful food donation drive for the SCV Food Pantry.  The drive was timed to provide food for Thanksgiving and saw more than 100 canned goods and toiletries donated.
The Jaycees asked members to bring food items to their General Meeting in November.
“I am very grateful to all the Jaycee members who donated items and especially to Chris and Caren Kahan who helped so much,” said Neil Fitzgerald, Chairman of the Board and a food drive organizer.
