Santa Clarita Ballet’s Tea & Toeshoes – We’ve Gone Mad for TPC Valencia
Join the Santa Clarita Ballet Company at the breathtaking Tournament Players’ Club at Valencia (TPC Valencia) on Saturday, May 20 for an afternoon down the rabbit hole at Alice’s Mad Tea Party as we celebrate the June production of Alice in Wonderland.
Set in an exciting new location, with verdant views and luxurious surroundings, Alice’s Mad Tea Party is the perfect way for ladies of all ages to experience an afternoon tea, silent auction, raffle, and a sneak peek at our “most curious” production of Alice in Wonderland featuring advanced Company ballerinas in full costume.
Ladies, dust off your best spring dresses and deck-out your hats -but for heaven’s sake don’t upstage the Queen of Hearts or “off with your head” for this traditional tea featuring dainty finger sandwiches, tea with clotted cream, and decadent scones served by Company ballerinas.
Following tea, the madness persists at a most furious pace when the best hat contest winner is announced, and our littlest ladies enjoy a ballet lesson and whimsical party favors, and winners of silent auction gift baskets, brimming with luxury items from local businesses and the sports and entertainment industry, are revealed. All proceeds from this event benefit the Santa Clarita Ballet Company.
Don’t be late for this very important date with Alice, Mr. Rabbit, and, of course, the Mad Hatter.
Tickets to Tea & Toeshoes are now on sale, and they are selling fast! Seating is at 1 p.m. Adult tickets $70. Children age three through 12 are $55. Groups wishing to share a table are encouraged to reserve tables early as we will sell out. The Santa Clarita Ballet Company is a 501c(3) nonprofit organization. Ticket purchases and Company donations are tax deductible.
Please contact Santa Clarita Ballet at 661-251-6844 or 661-251-0366 for reservations.
