34th Annual Hart Rampage Marching Band & Color Guard Tournament
The 34th Annual Hart Rampage Marching Band & Color Guard Field Show Tournament is coming to town and is scheduled for Saturday, November 4, 2017. It will be held at the College of the Canyons Cougar Stadium (26455 Rockwell Canyon, Valencia). This exciting, all-day event is hosted by the award-winning Hart Regiment Band and Color Guard of the Wm. S. Hart High School. We are very proud to say that under the direction of Anthony Bailey, the Hart Regiment has earned the SCSBOA (Southern California School Band and Orchestra Association) State Championship Title for an unprecedented 13 years.
Hart Rampage is a favorite competition event that typically 30 to 35 high school band and color guard teams anticipate participating in every year. It draws approximately 5,000 spectators who come out to cheer on the efforts put forth by so many talented musicians and dancers. Rampage is an SCSBOA judged event where bands compete for scores that will hopefully qualify them for the finals usually in late November. This is a great opportunity to see all the SCV High Schools perform on the same day. Although Rampage is a competition, there is tremendous support and camaraderie among the teams and they genuinely want each other to perform their best. Merchandise vendors and great food along with several raffles will make this a fun-filled family event. Plan on being a part of the 34th Hart Rampage!
Tickets will be available at the gate (check www.hartregiment.com for times and prices). This is our primary fundraiser, run entirely by volunteers. If you would like to make a donation or want to volunteer to help, please visit www.hartregiment.com, Hart Regiment on Facebook, or contact the Rampage Chairs Paul or Paola at firstname.lastname@example.org.
