 When you think of Italian food the first thing that comes to mind is pasta. Although amazing, Italians eat way more than just pasta. Sisley has something for everyone on its menu. Here, you can find classic Italian selections accompanied by recipes from the rest of the world. Executive Head Chef Adam Bokal has created a Winter Menu with protein sourced from some of the best suppliers around, including Kurobuta Pork Chops from London, Berkshire Farm (a leader in organic farming), USDA New York Strip Steaks, Glacier 51 Chilean Sea Bass, Ora King Salmon from the cleanest waters of New Zealand and Colorado Lamb Shank. Each is accompanied by equally phenomenal new sides, all stunningly plated.
Sisley makes the hassles of the Holiday and any day a thing of the past. With valet parking, the ambiance and seating alone makes this the perfect place for any time of the day, be it brunch, lunch, or dinner. The restaurant offers multiple options that cater to a variety of party sizes and occasions. Options include: the newly remodeled private dining space and The “nook”, a semi-private area adjacent to the bar. These areas carry their own vibe but are always a fun way place to celebrate. our new West Patio, with lounge style seating, privacy that suits business or romance, for a completely different feel from the traditional dining experience offered in the rest of the restaurant.  Enjoy all your favorite sporting events at the restaurant, they offer four big screens facing the bar, and screens on both patios.
Also this winter, Sisley’s Happy Hour are daily 12p.m.- 6p.m. and 9p.m. until closing. Enjoy some adult refreshments while listening to the live music (every Monday from 7p.m.- 10p.m) and marveling at the beauty in the restaurant with friends and family. The restaurant conveniently takes reservations but most seating is available to walk-ins. The dynamic cocktail menu is sure to please everyone’s pallet. Additionally, each bartender has a specialty cocktail that will make the work day seem less…well like work! The happy hour menu features some best-selling classics and new creations by our head chef including Lamb Ribs smothered in a sweet and spicy tomato and dried fruit ragu, Italian Ceviche, Brussel Sprouts and even a special spin on carnitas tacos.
