Thank You Princess Cruises!

Throughout the year Single Mothers Outreach offers programs and services to hundreds of families, these services are made possible through the incredible generosity of donors such as Vance Wealth Group INC and Princess Cruises.
The holidays are often a difficult time of year for families. It is usually a time of celebration and gift-giving, but some parents do not have the means to provide gifts. For members of Single Mothers Outreach, the holiday season is one of the happiest times of year thanks to Princess Cruises!
As an organization which seeks to empower single mothers to become self-sustaining and thrive, SMO members work hard to maintain their membership active. Princess Cruises rewards members for their hard work by providing gifts for the entire family during the Adopt-a-Family program. These qualifying members have made a strong effort to rise above adversity and keep their membership strong by attending classes and programs such as Financial Peace University, Life Forward, computer classes, etc.
Princess Cruises gives an unbelievably generous donation to provide gifts for families during the holiday season. Moms are asked for “wish lists” and teams from Princess Cruises go out and purchase gifts for the families. The teams then come together for a wrapping party and prepare the gifts to be handed out.
For many single mom’s it is difficult to provide everyday necessities for their families, let alone gifts for a family of eight. Moms greatly benefit from this program and are moved to tears the day the gifts are distributed.
“SMO has helped me give my children Christmas gifts at times when I otherwise could not. If not for Princess Cruises, my children would not have had a Christmas, so thank you for this wonderful program that helps moms and families like mine,” recalled a member who was a part of last year’s event.
Princess Cruises – You are keeping the spirit of The Holidays alive and bringing hope to these families. You are helping us reach our desired dreams for the Santa Clarita Valley in supporting single parents. Thank you for your incredible support and heart in helping us serve our community. We are forever grateful!
Our grand Adopt-a-Family event is set to take place December 9, exclusively for qualifying SMO members.
