The Wine Affair’s 10th Annual – Sip, Stroll & Savor the Sounds – Soroptimist International of Greater Santa Clarita Valley
Soroptimist International of Greater Santa Clarita Valley invites you to join in the celebration of the 10th Anniversary of The Wine Affair – Sip, Stroll & Savor the Sounds on Sunday, April 15, 2018 from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Town Center Drive.
The Wine Affair will offer attendees the opportunity to sample wonderful wines, robust beers, along with excellent food and live music from the Santa Clarita Valley and surrounding areas.
This year’s event aims to create a memorable experience, something the Santa Clarita Valley community will continue to look forward to year after year. A portion of the proceeds will assist us in continuing to fund our programs and to deliver our mission of helping women and girls globally and in our community.
SIGSCV is now offering the opportunity for businesses, or individuals, to participate in this fabulous event by becoming a sponsor. This is a wonderful way to have the community get to know you and/or your business. Your support will be acknowledged at a private Sponsor Party and you will receive complimentary tickets to the Wine Affair. Additional benefits include website and social media marketing and depending upon your level of sponsorship, we may also provide event signage promotion and mentions in press releases. Sponsorship levels available now include Title Sponsor, Crystal Sponsor, Vintner Sponsor, and Barrel Sponsor.
Soroptimist is a global women’s organization whose members volunteer to improve the lives of disadvantaged women and girls through programs leading to social and economic empowerment. Approximately 74,000 Soroptimists in over 120 countries and territories support community–based and global projects benefiting women and girls. The organization is particularly concerned with providing disadvantaged women and girls access to education, as this is the most effective path to self-determination. On a local level, over the past two years we have distributed nearly $100,000.00 to our three pillars – ‘Women in Crisis, Women’s Health Issues and Celebrating Women.’
The name, Soroptimist, means “best for women,” and that’s what the organization strives to achieve. Soroptimists are women at their best, working to help other women to be their best.
