Your WiSHes Are Coming True!

We heard you, Santa Clarita – you love Cocktails on the Roof every year and want more fun celebrations from WiSH! Well, you’ve got it – we are beginning work on several events that bring the best of our valley to you in a fun and unique way. Leave it to our friend and partner Eve Bushman of Eve’s Wine 101 to think out of the box and come up with ways to make you happy.
On February 8, you can look forward to what is sure to be a new favorite – “Whiskey Trifecta: Tasting, Pairing and Cocktails.” It will be held on the patio at Salt Creek Grille and feature tastings of the hottest adult beverage today. The food will be provided by Salt Creek Grille and also include perfect cocktails to enjoy. Come meet the brand representative and take a tour of Whiskeys while you benefit the WiSH Education Foundation and make a difference for the 23,000 students of the Wm. S. Hart School District. In keeping with our rooftop brand, WiSH is proud to announce that, in keeping with our “On the Roof” branding, we will be the first to have an event atop the new Laemmle structure currently under construction in downtown Newhall. Coming in late April or early May (stay tuned for the date on the WISH Facebook Page), join us for “Wine Under the Stars,” another gorgeous event held outside and under the stars. This time WiSH returns to satisfy our wine friends in a brand new way. A well-respected SCV Winemaker is curating wines for the event from his over twenty different wineries – and most of the wines will be making their debut that evening! This sit-down event will include several courses, each created by a different local favorite restaurant, and paired with a variety of wines. Each table will have a winemaker joining you to allow for knowledgeable discourse. The evening will also include music for you to enjoy throughout the event.
Jersey Mike’s is opening a new store in the Target shopping center and offering a free regular sub to anyone who holds a Hart District ID with a minimum donation to WiSH. Come on by from December 6 to 8 and help raise funds for our school libraries!
Adding to our new events, WiSH will be the beneficiary of this year’s SCV CHARITY CHILI COOKOFF. We are so grateful to hosts Nicole Stinson and Amanda Benson for making a difference for all of the schools of the Hart District! The event is held at Wolf Creek Brewery on March 20th and will once again be a favorite SCV event for the entire family!
