Cardiac Rehabilitation’s 5th Anniversary

 On February 27, Cardiac Rehab’s 5th Anniversary Celebration honored and recognized our patients’ experience in the cardiac rehabilitation program at Henry Mayo. The event gave patients an opportunity to talk about their path to maintaining heart health and reunite with the staff that supported them on their journey.
In 2016, the Cardiac Rehab team was honored with the Santa Clarita Elks Lodge 2379 Community Service Award, which recognizes outstanding service organizations within our community.
“This award speaks volumes about the significance of our work, our contribution to our community’s heart health and the hospital’s commitment to provide exceptional service in a patient centered environment,” said Dorinda Perez, RN, Clinical Coordinator at the Cardiac Rehab Center.
