Grow Friendships at Oak Canyon Equestrian Center

 The journey of parenting is like nothing else in the world. Each passing month I have learned so much and our routine is constantly evolving. I have realized through having my own child how very much what children are exposed to from day one affects them drastically. It also shapes the type of person they grow to be. That being said I have been choosing what my son is exposed to carefully. I was raised in a barn and with a ton of animals around me constantly.
Growing up in a barn is the only thing I know but after watching so many children grow up in my barn I can say with certainty it is an incredible childhood and shapes you to be a great adult. Horses teach you responsibility because you have to care for something that relies on you. Tacking up and doing chores around the barn build strength. The fresh air and private gated canyon make for the perfect place to drop your child off and not be worried for a second. The barn is an environment that grows friendships and bonds that last a lifetime.
Our Equestrian Center is one that offers every single thing you could possibly need. We offer private and group lessons, Birthday parties, summer camp, and we started an amazing new program called mommy and me that involves your children in your lesson and has free childcare ringside while the lesson goes on. I hope everyone gets the chance to have the kind of experience that I had growing up and now am sharing with my own son. We feel so blessed to have our center and proudly share it with others who love it as much as we do! Hope to see more people from our community up at the barn soon!
