Is it Really Possible to Transform your Health in 31 Days?

 Earlier this year myself and one of my trainers sat down and created a new nutrition plan called the “SOF 31 Day Rapid Weight Loss Diet”. We normally teach our clients to take the slow and steady approach to weight loss, but we were running a promotion and we needed to create a diet designed for quick weight loss.  However, the diet is also designed to improve our client’s health by reducing inflammation. Rather than just focusing on losing weight we really wanted our clients to focus on living a healthy lifestyle that was conducive to weight loss.
The nutrition plan is producing amazing results and we couldn’t be happier. Many of our clients lost a ton of weight but more importantly they drastically improved their health. We’ve had clients struggling with all sorts of health issues that just went away after they started doing the diet. From acid reflux, migraines, irritable bowel syndrome, sleep apnea and the list goes on. We keep hearing all these amazing stories of our client’s health being restored and improved and nothing could make us happier. Yes, weight loss is great but seeing people no longer struggle with health issues is much more rewarding for us.
So, what is it about this new diet that made such a big difference for our clients. There were a lot of factors at play, but the anti-inflammation aspect of the diet is what made the biggest difference. Yes, we are focused on rapid weight loss, but we are also focused on living a truly healthy lifestyle.
Acute inflammation is part of our natural healing process, but long-term or chronic inflammation can cause serious health issues. Why is decreasing inflammation so important? Well, for starters, chronic inflammation is the primary cause of most modern diseases in the western part of the world. Now think about that for a second. If you want to drastically increase your chances of remaining healthy and disease-free, then you need to be living a lifestyle that is conducive to reducing chronic inflammation as much as possible.
If you’re struggling with health issues, then I highly recommend living a healthy lifestyle focused on reducing chronic inflammation. I promise you that it can make a huge difference. It may not fix all your issues but there is a good chance it will help.
