Do You Need Nar-Anon?

 Addiction is a disease that creates a lot of pain and sorrow. Reaching out for some relief and sanity becomes priority for most. If you’re experiencing the chaos of this disease, take a minute to answer these questions;
Do you lie awake worrying about this person?
Are you asking yourself “What’s wrong?” and “Is it my fault?”
Are your suspicions turning you into a detective and are you afraid of what you might find?
Is concern for this person causing you headaches, a knotty stomach, and extreme anxiety?
Is this person easily irritated by minute matters?
Does your whole life seem like a nightmare?
Do you keep trying to make things better and nothing helps?
If you answer YES to any of these questions, NAR-ANON may help you find the answers you are looking for.
We in Nar-Anon know well what it’s like to be alone with these problems. We remember the feelings of panic, frustration, and desperation that come with addiction. We have shared these experiences too. There is hope!
