feedSCV’s Inaugural Chef Auction

Fall is here and we are in full celebration mode with all the fun events and holidays just around the corner. What a better way to celebrate and give back than over food and drinks prepared from experts? feedSCV is hosting their inaugural Chef Auction on Thursday October 18 from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30p.m. Located at the beautiful Sand Canyon Country Club attendees will have the chance to bid on one of the several Chefs, wine enthusiast, bartenders and grill masters that accompany an awesome auction item to include tastings, classes, and more. Thus far, the participants for auction are: Chef Dustin Boole and Pastry Chef Iris Sifuentes from Newhall Refinery, Chef Daniel Otto from The Old Town Junction, Grill Master Michael Parks, Vintners’ Steve Lemley and Nate Hasper of Pulchella Winery, Scott Ervin with Speakeasy Bakery, Chef Eric Tovar-Plummer with Cathy’s Deli, and Chef Anibal Hernandez with Egg Plantation. This out list is sure to grow! feedSCV is a non-profit organization who is working to “provide everyone in the Santa Clarita Valley with the knowledge and resources to have a delicious and healthy meal at home every day.” Co-Founders Scott Ervin and Todd Wilson have come up with a foundation of knowledge for families in need, on how to take limited resources and create substantial, healthy eats.
