The Foundation for Children’s Dental Health is holding its third Annual “Outdoor Family Movie Night” to raise funds for the local charity.  The movie night, perfect for families, will be on Saturday, June 16 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. and is free to the public!
You can help FCDH raise money by purchasing movie snacks, food and participating in pre- movie activities for the children.  So grab the kids, blankets and enjoy a movie under the stars and support a local charity.
The Foundation for Children’s Dental Health serves low income, dentally uninsured children and families in the Santa Clarita Valley; to be eligible a child must be between the ages of four and 17, in school, dentally uninsured, living in a household with a family income no greater than 150 percent of federal poverty guidelines and residing in Santa Clarita.
The Foundation has five major components; free dental screenings (early detection), oral hygiene education at elementary school, fluoride program for preschoolers (education & prevention), and Children’s
Dental Clinic and emergency dental treatment (intervention).  Since our inception in 1993, we have treated over 69,000 local Santa Clarita children with our services.  The success of the Foundation is attributed to the public and private support, and through donation of time and money.  We are grateful for the support our local dental community has given the organization over the years, with the help of Dr. Chris Go, Dr. Amy Monti, Dr. Kathy Siu, Dr. Dean Schweitzer, Dr. Carla Abboud, Dr. Rose Kim, Dr. Kathleen Mulcahey, Dr. Gina Dorfman, Dr. Carolina Mendoza, Dr. Anna Liberman, Dr. Alexander Villar, Dr. Ronald Singer, Dr. Ryan Monti, Dr. Regan Lawrence, Dr. David Han, Dr. Keikhan, Dr. David Tanner, Dr. David Pair, Dr. Mori Rouhani, Liliana Khabbaz, Dr. Clare Macauley and Dr. Barbakow we have been able to change the lives of many local children.
