Maryland is over.  No more crabs – Oh boy!  I’m jazzed to be back at Hot Yoga!  And I’m excited to connect with you and welcome you.  Be hot, healthy, and happy!
In times like these, we need yoga more than ever… 
Yoga is touchstone in difficult times.  When you’re anxious, stressed, aching, tense or at loose ends – yoga nurtures your body and nourishes your spirit. Returning to Hot Yoga has been revitalizing and re-energizing!  I needed this more than I knew – Hot Yoga has recharged my batteries and gotten me back in the game.  I was in a funk, but Hot Yoga helped me snap out of it.  My students tell me all the time, and it’s true, “I’m a lot happier when I do Hot Yoga!”

So call me!  Tell me how you are, what you’re doing, and what you need.  I will respond in kind and by breaking out into a delighted smile and big hug as you walk through the door to share yoga together.  I’ll help you take care of yourself.

Hot Yoga is small, family-owned and operated, and we’re here to serve you, to connect with you.  I built the studio five years ago to build community and serve the community.  I didn’t build it to get rich, but to help support my family and to help support you.  And the community helped us when we moved to our new studio.  Dave Davis and Glenn Cutting were angels, overflowing with generous help, guidance, advice, time, energy, and support.  We could never have done it without them, and we’re indebted and grateful to them for all they’ve done.   Thank you Dave and Glenn!  And thank you Catherine, Josephine, Kevin, Janina, Nancy, Ginger, Lily, Pam, Terry, Gracia, Michele, Mom, Dad and all our lovely students for your wonderful support.
