Someone asked me the other day what “The Goddess Within” means.  It made me smile, because there is so much in that question to be answered.  First and foremost, I created The Goddess Within with an understanding that the Goddess aspect of all things represents the nurturer within us.  It is the healer, the comforter, the ever-present compassionate, loving side of each of us. When we slow down our world, we can move into the stillness, which ultimately guides us to a higher plane.  When you experience stillness, I have witnessed the symmetry to my life.  I am present to experience the small miracles of everyday living.  I am able to jump into the flow of life and let joy be a natural part of my day.  When I am reaching inside myself and aligning myself with stillness, I believe that it is that very Goddess within me, that is longing to be heard, and I let my ego self go, so I can listen to what I am being guided to know on a deeper level.  It’s not as difficult as you might imagine, all you have to do is try.  And remember practice makes perfect.  Watch and see what happens.
